Plagiarism - The practice of taking someone else's work or ideas and passing them off as one's own.
Authorship- The fact or position of someone's having written a book or other written work
Work For Hire- A work made for hire (sometimes abbreviated as work for hire or WFH) is an exception to the general rule that the person who actually creates a work is the legally-recognized author of that work.
Fair Use- The doctrine that copyright material may be quoted verbatim, provided that attribution is clearly given and that the material quoted is reasonably brief in extent.
Copy right- : The exclusive legal right, given to an originator or an assignee to print, publish, perform, film, or record literary, artistic, or musical material, and to authorize others to do the same
Patent- A grant made by a government that confers upon the creator of an invention the sole right to make, use, and sell that invention for a set period of time.
Trademark- A name, symbol, or other device identifying a product, officially registered and legally restricted to the use of the owner or manufacturer
Secret Formula- A secret formula, method, or device that gives one an advantage over competitors.
